About Infinity Dry Basement

We do one kind of work: keeping water out of basements and crawl spaces in Upstate New York.

Infinity Dry Basement is based in Schenectady, and the Capital Region of New York is the only area we serve. That's deliberate. A local company knows what the housing stock is like street by street — which neighborhoods have stone foundations, where the block walls are, which subdivisions were built with footing drains that are now thirty years old.

How we work

Every job starts with someone actually looking at the basement. We don't quote over the phone, because the price depends on the length of the perimeter, the wall construction, the access and what has to be moved first — none of which can be assessed from a description.

We also have excavation experience in the family. That matters more than it sounds: it means we can evaluate exterior solutions honestly instead of defaulting to an interior system on every job. Sometimes the fix is a downspout and a regrade, and we'd rather tell you that.

What we don't do

• Quote a firm price without seeing the basement
• Promise results that depend on conditions we haven't inspected
• Publish reviews, ratings or credentials we can't stand behind
• Use other companies' project photos as our own
